Most people who struggle with addiction or other vices often have a deep seated, and often hidden, hatred for themselves. It’s an issue that must be resolved for actual progress to take place.

This man has a fuller understanding of human emotions and the human mind than most geniuses or doctors do in my personal opinion. I just started watching this guys videos but I can confidently say that every single problem I've been dealing with slowly becomes lesser when I look at life from the point of view he preaches. The thing I took away from this video were that if you think negative about yourself, you're bound to get negative results. It really does't get much simpler then that. It's not a coincidence. It really does make sense that if you were to train yourself to think healthy and positive thoughts about yourself, the sky the limit for you. This man has helped lots and I can't thank him enough because he's going to be the reason I accomplish great things.

Needed this bro really opened my mind i’ve been struggling with just my insecurities and hating myself.Ive been going to the gym for about a month now consistently and I hate the way I look so much I can’t even look at my current physique or post it.Literally my own insecurities because I have a body other ppl would probably die for but still i’m so unhappy.Im trying to accept myself it’s really hard, childhood trauma is no joke.I remember in one of your videos you said “Why do you want to give someone else unrequited love and give them so much of your love before loving yourself no matter what” I really kept that in my head and i try to love myself no matter what and take my time this is a journey.

idk if this is relevant to ur situation but if certain types of bodybuilding/ fitness/ self improvement content is contributing to self-hate spirals i would be mindful of that. ur value is not determined by ur physique nor the approval of something as fickle as human opinion. u are made in the image of god and have inherent value because of that. be blessed bro

Literally, it's so easy to always say that the others are at fault for my trauma, which is true for the most part because I didn't choose to have those things happen to me that traumatized me. But on the other hand, it's hard to not be my biggest enemy and critic. No one's meaner to me than me.

Yesterday I expressed my feelings for this girl I've been seeing for a while and she expressed that she doesn't have feelings for me, even though she wishes she did because we work so well together. Even knowing her response was expected, I was still hopeful for those same feelings back. It hurts a lot right now, but I am learning to grow myself and control my emotions over situations I have no control over. These videos are comforting for times like these.

It’s crazy how the world and life works. I just went through one the worst failures of my life trying to force something that wasn’t there. Yeah I learned a lot from it and even a month after that I have finally realized that I’ve held this trauma from 2020-2024 and have done things based from this trauma. This video came at perfect timing. I really need to take care of myself and heal before moving forward and make sure I’m doing things for me and make sure its 100% my decision coming from my heart.

I don’t understand how im supposed to love myself. I take care of myself, but i do that for other people so they perceive me as someone being worthy. Im fixated on my looks actually, i want people to desire me. I don’t understand how to love myself, i always tought i did, but i really really dont. Sometimes i take care of myself like a friend, but modtly it feels like im in a war with myself to constantly be better and be worthy. I just want to be at peace, there is so much shit going on in my life man i dont even know anymore. I think i also have a victim mentality, i often romanticize my struggle, its part of my identity and my ongoing strive to be something else. Please i just want to understand how i to love myself

you should make a video on relationships. I feel like a lot of self help stuff kinda contradicts relationships and the concept of love, or at least love as I view it. I feel like love is very powerful, and defies a lot of logic. be happy with yourself, don't get attached, learn to let go, don't allow external things to affect YOU. I feel like its hard to have that mind set when dealing with relationships or love because it's almost like if you're looking at things in the sense that, oh everything comes and goes, if its for you it will happen, don't get attached... how are you ever supposed to fully embrace the intense feelings of love? it's hard to let down those walls when you look at everything so open minded and "letting whatever be, be".
