Just the other day I was watching a KZbin video that presented an advanced, new hearing aid technology which allows people of all ages to hear for the first time. The excited, animated look on a baby's face hearing it's mother's voice for the first time was as memorable as it was remarkable to behold. Six or seven individuals, formerly deaf, were also freed of their lifelong handicap in the video, at the flip of a switch. And tears of joy, with a revelatory gaze, often accompanied the almost magical transition from a world of dead silence to one of infinite, not to mention joyful possibilities. Most of us, I daresay, take hearing along with the other senses for granted, but to witness others experiencing the dramatic shift from limitation to exhilarating freedom is something to behold. Some of the sounds are naturally occurring (like the airplane at 46:46) but some (probably not all) of the animal sounds in the background are pre-recorded with the ambient music that is being played in a loop. Notice the fly buzzing at regular intervals. I have heard this before in other meditations on Insight Timer and KZbin. Naturally occurring or not, I agree that they add an element of relaxation and are pleasant to listen to.

I fell asleep when you started working on the third eye and woke up at the very end of the video when you said “you are now protected with the highest protection that is available to us. Within this universe”. I actually felt a little nausea after waking up like the bad energy has been removed from me and it came out in a burp.
