What have you tried doing about it, if you don't mind asking? I wouldn't say I was being attacked, and be careful with that language less you nurture a victim mindset. It's very easy to do in that situation, especially if you are being directly attacked. I've really just been dealing with one. It's my mom and she's not doing great and then had an aneurysm, a small one but big scare. And I came close to just cutting ties. Instead I did put a little distance and honestly she kind of chased my attention. But I wouldn't have ever been able to leave her like that. So I never did. Instead I started making sure to let her see me healing and talk about what I do lightly. And the past several months have been a large step towards healing. I am sure it will get tested, but she started doing several things I do on her own. If I however suggested it to her it would be her be done. Because we'll, narcissist. Almost, more along the lines she is being narcissistic. But there is a heavy chain of narcissistic abuse on both sides of my family. She kinked it and I am breaking it. And I know understand what they mean by healing ancestral trauma. Wondering what you did because this is still a work in progress. Though there is no work, I am not doing anything but being messy with my practice and not hiding it away. It's really been working though. And I'll be honest that I have watched a lot of family's in a similar situation. Almost everyone of them just completely cut ties with each other. Pretty we are here to lift each other up. My advice for you would be to take similar steps I did if it be someone close like it is for many and myself. Also, really be careful on saying I am being attacked. Everyone along the way will nurture you to be a victim. It's a trap for your spiritual growth, or a test I should say.... Set your bar high and be in people's sight. If it's full on physical attacks call them out for what they are and bust there ass. But you need to call them out for what they are with truth. This that truth that cuts so likely no physical fight will happen. This doesn't often occur between to people whom will or can just fight. Because that's what will happen and that's normally the end. Normally both sides or one gets him led but the both earn respect from one another and gain it. So yeah I think it's likely someone close to which that kind of fight would nt go down. If it's a situation like mine, you still need to call it out. And use other people's actions that you know they dislike as examples and then put yourself as that narcissist and talk about the shame it brought to realize you'd been acting like that. Like a character in a show that everyone hates because of the shit energy they hold. I did that with her often. Because it was easy We have no shortage of examples in our entertainment and political arena of absolute sociopathic greedy narcissist. And no body likes it, not even another narcissist. So yeah I use our wonderful politicians and what they must be thinking and how they think, to discuss it so a realization of oh , i do that crosses the mind. Chances are that it will actually be true, that you have played that narcissistic role at some.point. and that's okay and we all have done that. The point is to put the effort in to grow positively. Let me know how it works out. And keep in mind their actions are likely unconscious most of the time. And they are also hurt as well, also likely at the abuse of a narcissist. Don't assign blame, just move past from moment to moment. Or you'll look to assign blame and draw the experience to you. The main thing, is it is a test for you to not react. As if you were getting in an ice bath but couldn't react.. same thing. Controlling your nervous system. Also keep in mind they don't have that control. So excuse them best you can... Also, if it's a toxic situation you can get out of and never needed to be in. That's something you need to have discernment for is to take yourself out of a toxic situation you should not be in. In that case cut ties unless they depend on you for money and food. Then ween ties. Lol Good luck pnl

This is my first time watching this video, Right before you mentioned the throat chakra being block… my throat started bothering me. Kind of like that feeling when you need to cry.
