I find this show very interesting, thank you Wayne 😊 right some answers but most unacceptable to take accountability 🤔 am still very ambivalent towards Mr Tufton n his team more as to be done this is people life in his hands, n it true i pass the clinic in runaway bay n see so many pregnant women line up outside in the hot sunshine i was in such disbelieve that the health administration could allow this. Talking about the roads, i was there 6months, in ochi went to the market omg that is a health hazard with all the rubbish not being cleaned up, anyway the bus park their as been a dangerous broken drain large metal sticking up in the middle of the rd and all now its not been fix, i got pic of it but can't add it here... can you imagine how much dangerous substance is coming out and school kids, elderly, disabled, pregnant women, bus drivers n taxi people plus tourist I can go on 🤔🤔🤔,

Look there is a person I no had to bring in a mattress in the hospital 😕 n lay it on the floor kmt even had to get water water brought so the person can take their medication. he needs to pay more attention 😤 to what is going on in these hospital n clinics kmt do spot checks get a plan together that make sense in accordance to where is lacking, see in the babies wards is clean every hour on the hour n through out the hospitals throughout the island and the way they treat n talk to people so unprofessional employ someone who needs a job to go on ur behalf without the hospital aware anyone is coming n then u will see the pic n reports to the real state of these hospitals. Coz its like his eyes are blind folded!!!!

This was very interesting. I work for the Hospital in the UK Dr Tufton visited. Ministers set policies that should be adhered to and carried out by managers. If managers are not managing properly then yes THEY need to be held accountable as Dr Tufton rightly said he cant micro-manage every single aspect, that's what managers/team leaders are there to do. Also I agree about the Burns Unit, you do not need one in every parish, just one dedicated unit for burns as Jamaican is a Small island. Also agree that people need to take responsibility for their own actions, eg wear helmets drive slower etc. Hospitals are under immense pressure due to the stupidity of others. This was very interesting indeed. I also wanted to add that local councillors for each parish needs to do more. Many have been in their roles for a long time and have done nothing other than basque in that so called important role. Keep up the good work Mr Lonesome

Great programme gentlemen. Just know that these ministers are all about Public Relations. This Minister of Health is among the worst. Having to be at a hospital is the worst experience. You wait for hours because the doctors have become overworked and uncaring. Additionally I live in his constituency and it is neglected. You should see the road in Point Hill, Connors, Ginger Ridge and other areas. He is doing nothing. All talk.

Wayne, tell Mr Tufton that there are times a leader must lead from the back and it is also good to lead with questions. By the latter let me give you an example of what I mean. If he continuously ask questions, listen and then act quickly to implement ideas that came from those questions he will see a great turn around in his ministry. He is to realise that simply following existing procedures and doing things the way they had always been done can no longer be effective. Also, he has the responsibility to help all health care workers to take pride in their work. When he doesn't get the results he desired from those in his employ the first place he should look is at himself, that is to say, he looks inwardly and evaluate himself: Did I state clearly what I want done? Did I give the time and resources the medical teams need to do their job well? Did I provide enough training?
