Hello ma'am. I found out about flax seed on google but your great video has really educated me more about it. I have to tell you one of the first benefits I have noticed within two days of getting a tablespoon of ground flax seed in my diet was that the nerve pain in my feet is much better. Im sure the other things you spoke of will come along before long. Thank you so much for your video. Really enjoyed your energy!

Wild caught marine collagen is my weapon of choice for good health... Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. It's found in our tendons, ligaments, skin, muscles, bones, and blood vessels, and it plays a vital role in maintaining our overall structural integrity. It also contains 18 amino acids. I saw a video by a different lady who said ground flaxseed is already going bad after just 5 or so days so if people get ground flax seed it's potency is already diminished substantially because of the time it takes from being ground down to getting it to the store shelf. She talked about it being transported and warehoused and whatever else in less than ideal conditions. Hence, she's saying that by the time you buy ground flax seed it's probably already diminished a lot so the only sure way to consume flax seed is to buy the whole seeds and then grind them down yourself. What say you Sophie?

I was believing most of what you were saying until you said you weren’t eating eggs anymore because of the cholesterol! WRONG! First of all, if you never ate anything with cholesterol, your body MAKES it because your body NEEDS it! I eat 2 eggs every day and have for YEARS and my cholesterol is absolutely fine. Eggs are a PERFECT source of protein….and so many essential nutrients. I was really shocked to hear you say that you didn’t eat eggs, so it has made me doubt other information that you are talking about. I do agree that flax is great for many reasons, but you need to do more research on eggs! Heart disease is NOT caused by cholesterol but BIG PHARMA makes billions by pushing Lipitor and they certainly want you to believe that cholesterol is bad for you! Well taking Lipitor is REALLY bad for you! I love my eggs!!

Hi Sophie. I always add flaxseed meal to my vegetable drinks and smoothies I love flaxseed. Can I mix it in warm water and drink it as a tea? This is the first time I am hearing what it's good for. thanks for sharing this information. I have 2 bags in my refrigerator right now. Let me know about drinking it as a tea.

Buying flax seeds from a bulk bin is cheaper, but how do you really know how old they are in the bins and how cold does the store stay at night when the store closes to keep the flax seeds fresher.? UGH

I have a question... I've heard some people say they should be left soaking overnight before consuming the next day? Somehow that takes out the "toxins" I'm just wondering what your take on this is... Thank you

You soak them to soften them and get the oil to leak out of them over night. You would be saving your digestive system that process. I've been doing that for years. I put the softened flaxseed, and the water they were soaked in, in the blender.❤

Reoccurrence of breast cancer . Really confusing because I was on the Johanna Bidwig diet. Which calls for flaxseed oil and whole flax then mill. Said it could help breast cancer patients and then said it could also mimic estrogen. Stopped making it because my numbers went up tumor markers.

The amazing thing also flaxseed can make you have deep sleep.. Wonder how hempseed compare to flaxseed, any opinions? Because I drink hemp heart with smoothies and had trouble to sleep.. I mean I can sleep but when I wake to go to the bathroom, I often cant go to sleep well through the night again

Hemp hearts healthier than flax or chia and doesn't require grinding or soaking.

Hi Sophie, I was wondering if you could provide the link to the video you gave mentioned before about “who shouldn’t eat soy”. I’m starting up my plant based journey and I’m 49. Have a small fibroid and don’t want to encourage anymore estrogen in my body. By the way I live in Temecula! Thank you!
