I saw a video by a different lady who said ground flaxseed is already going bad after just 5 or so days so if people get ground flax seed it's potency is already diminished substantially because of the time it takes from being ground down to getting it to the store shelf. She talked about it being transported and warehoused and whatever else in less than ideal conditions. Hence, she's saying that by the time you buy ground flax seed it's probably already diminished a lot so the only sure way to consume flax seed is to buy the whole seeds and then grind them down yourself. What say you Sophie?

First of all, if you never ate anything with cholesterol, your body MAKES it because your body NEEDS it! I eat 2 eggs every day and have for YEARS and my cholesterol is absolutely fine. Eggs are a PERFECT source of protein….and so many essential nutrients. I was really shocked to hear you say that you didn’t eat eggs, so it has made me doubt other information that you are talking about. I do agree that flax is great for many reasons, but you need to do more research on eggs! Heart disease is NOT caused by cholesterol but BIG PHARMA makes billions by pushing Lipitor and they certainly want you to believe that cholesterol is bad for you! Well taking Lipitor is REALLY bad for you! I love my eggs!!
