Also look into Sweat Shaper clothing as you exercise and move around. I too am getting back into my trampoline and injured my knee helping someone. The jumping helps the pain I use to feel. So this is going to be my exercise to decrease health back to where I once had it.
@peace-and-quiet Жыл бұрын
I had a hard fall where I mostly landed on one knee. That knee was purple, sore and it seemed like the insides were jingling whenever I stood up and put weight on it. Then, after a few days, I started to "healthy bounce" due to respiratory problems: I was attempting to build up my breathing along with chest (lung) expansion exercises. It worked! But what's really interesting is that my knee healed so much faster that within a few weeks I was doing squats already and I wasn't in any shape for squats prior to the fall. The mini tramp is awesome. You can start with 2 minutes at a time. Beware that your calves may get sore if you jump in cold for an extended period of time. Build up in increments. I like to incorporate it as the cardiovascular portion following each set of weights. Choose your favorite music and go!
@trung5532 Жыл бұрын
I want to get one. It will strengthen your your joints, it will pump blood throughout your whole body, burn fat everywhere and improve your lungs and breathing, most importantly for me its fun and can be done listening to music or watching movie.
