Six months ago my PSA was 6.4 starting to eat pumpkin seeds daily six months later saw ny urologist PSA drops to 4.7 didn't change anything else to My daily diet ive been eating healthy foods for years.

It's great your PSA has declined but that is still above normal, you should get a scan and make sure you do not have prostate cancer vs just a swollen prostate.

I eat raw pumpkin seeds out of shell three tablespoons during the day in smoothies oatmeal on Greek yogurt or pop them in your mouth. Most grocery stores don't have raw seeds trader Joe's might have them I get mine from my local health food store
