I've been taking spirulina tablets because my mum told me I should. Mums know :) but I never thought of getting it in powder and actually adding it into my food. So this is absolutely genius!!

I know for sure that it is not recommended to people with auto-immune disease. You may need to speak to your doctor and check

Great explanation of the benefits of spirulina. I'm surprised spirulina is not promoted far more than it currently is. I've heard the powder is also used in stews. Will have to try it with pancakes. Thanks for sharing.

No, in India it's called something else. But it acts like a liquid salad. We in India use coriander, mint and basil and some other ingredients..But I can feel this recipe provides nutrition to almost every cell of body..👼

I LOVE spirulina! I put it in my smoothies every morning- I'm currently doing the medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie, have you tried that one? I never though to put it in ice cubes! This video is beautifully shot btw :)

Did you try to make them? They actually taste good and you do not feel the spirulina at all
