Just bought some Spirulina and it doesn’t smell appealing so I’m scared to eat it lol. I will definitely be trying the latte and pancakes. And the shot when I’m lazy.

I use it as a facial with honey once a week and in my morning oat granola with hemp / almond / coconut milk. It’s a great morning booster and great skin cleanse!!!

I've been taking spirulina tablets because my mum told me I should. Mums know :) but I never thought of getting it in powder and actually adding it into my food. So this is absolutely genius!!

WHAT THE?! I have never even heard of this before. I will definitely give a try! I have colitis so sometimes superfoods don't respond well with me. Do you know how it does on the sensitive stomach?

I know for sure that it is not recommended to people with auto-immune disease. You may need to speak to your doctor and check

Great explanation of the benefits of spirulina. I'm surprised spirulina is not promoted far more than it currently is. I've heard the powder is also used in stews. Will have to try it with pancakes. Thanks for sharing.

Spirulina ice cubes!!! They are so handy to have in the fridge for a little extra in a glass of water or iced tea or mojito 😉 Super smart idea I love it!!!

No, in India it's called something else. But it acts like a liquid salad. We in India use coriander, mint and basil and some other ingredients..But I can feel this recipe provides nutrition to almost every cell of body..👼

I LOVE spirulina! I put it in my smoothies every morning- I'm currently doing the medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie, have you tried that one? I never though to put it in ice cubes! This video is beautifully shot btw :)

I haven't seen research related to this. I think for hair growth and general hair health you need to consume healthy fats such as avocado, salmon, olive oil and nuts. I know that iodine and zinc also help. I have more info here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rpXblIF_iamemaM
