Gezondheid what a thing! Beautiful video, it's very personal and nice to see you are getting better. Time to rest and just let the thoughts also soften through genuine self love. I have struggle with the mental part of things so I can relate a lot. I am doing so much better, it was not like that at some points and medications are hard but yeah there's also meditation, etc. and across the years the self love and good awareness starts to accumulate that it is enough to be an alternative :) Veel liefde, wees voorzichtig!!

I am not yet able to fully express myself in Dutch so i will write in English. I want you to know that your videos have helped me immensely in my transition into living in the Netherlands. I have dutch citizenship but never grew up speaking it because I lived in Canada my entire life. Moving to the Netherlands was one of the hardest things I have ever done, and my mental health plummeted for a while. I felt like such an outsider, and so alone. But learning Dutch from your videos has genuinely helped me so much, and I believe that they have genuinely contributed to my now increased mental health and overall well-being. So, I wanted to say thank you so much for all your hard work throughout these years because you have so positively contributed to my life. Also thanks for your vulnerability about your health in this video. I also think mental health should be less taboo than it now is, and it's so important to talk about it and seek help when we are struggling. Overall, I hope that this next chapter of your life is full of healing, rest and recovery. Bedankt voor alles. Xx

Ik wens je voortdurende gezondheid en welzijn. Mijn dochter lijdt al drie jaar aan reuma, maar haar toestand verbetert aanzienlijk dankzij de biologische behandeling Actemra. Ik geloof dat je corticosteroïden gebruikt, wat niet ideaal is. In elk geval de beste wensen en dank voor je inspanningen. Wees ervan overtuigd dat je een groot verschil maakt voor ons, degenen die naar Nederland komen.❤❤
