Thanks for the insight. You used ages 25 and 35 in your example, however this video is about early retirement and I don't think those are retirement ages. Will it make a difference if you used ages 59 and 60, or does it go by gross income alone?

For marketplace plan, your age does not come into play with regards to premium tax credit eligibility. So, whether you are 25 or 55, they are really just looking for your MAGI and household size. Thank you for your excellent question!
