Can you please clarify ... 1) If I take Disease Management coverage, whether the same loading amount will continue even after completion of usual waiting period. Suppose, a company in normal case gives 3 years waiting period for PED. I take DM rider for 3 years. After 3 years, whether I need to continue with the premium inclusive of DM Rider or exclusive ? 2) How BMI test done ? Is it self declaration of height & weight or any agency ?

Hello mam, thanks for spreading knowledge on health insurance. I have a very specific questions on critical illnesses. Is it true that critical illnesses like cancer, open heart surgery, liver transplant etc are covered only after specific severity of the disease. For eg. If someone is diagnosed with early or stage 1 cancer and he gets admitted for surgery, he will not get claim? Is it true that only stage 2 ,3 or last stage treatment is covered. I see this condition in some standard health policies. Please clarify. Thanks.

I am saying it because optima secure has not been inbuilt with unlimited restoration benefit If co. Thinks co.is in loss due to paying multiple time claim then it may revok it as it was not policy wording ...as it is no a fixed clause Which co cannot change I m wondering that if it is a rider co.can revok it in future years Is my concern ok Or co. @@ravishankar-bc4jg wrost exp for icici lombard and niva bupa both company are extra time taken and every time cashless claim is declined my niva bupa cashless claim is declined and after declined i am go for reimbursement and reimbursement claim are settled 60 days and 8 query raised by niva bupa but I am all query complete kabhi saale mangte ha nursing notes kabhi vital chart and verification har claim mein dal dete ha pre and post claim are settled 15 days and amount bhi 7 din mein credit hota ha total 22 days and icici Lombard ka liya usme bhi mujhe viral fever hua company ne pre approval diya 17000 ka my treatment start in hospital but after 3 days hospital send final bill icici Lombard but cashless claim is declined kabhi mat lena in 2 company ki policy
