Great video! I gave up explaining my major and my degree to people way back when lol I transitioned into health coaching, something else I gave up trying to explain. I love wellness. It just makes me a glutton for punishment.

I wonder where the threshold is for social and individual health corelated with GDP growth? It appears that many developed nations have higher rates of lifestyle related illness , e.g. anxiety, depression, obesity , diabetes and heart disease. Where are the statistics on this? Also, what about the cultures that live remotely closer to nature, how does their health compare with developed higher density populations?
