I had two ischemic strokes 7/2024 since then, six hospital stays due to sky high blood pressure... the last one I have lost vision in my right eye due to a macular hemorrhage... I have slowly lost a lot of weight but I have a lot to go... ninety percent of the time I eat fairly clean... but I do probably eat too much and don't move enough. I have a lot of stress in my life as well. My little dog died in May I think that's what set me over the edge she was a huge part of my life... 💔🐾 we did everything together. Lots of adventures in God's creation I have been fighting toxic mold illness about twelve years... Oregon Coast... i'm now in northern california temporarily... i will be sixty three years old in January... i was pharmaceutical free most of my life, but the blood pressure medicine they keep changing it and it makes me very, very sick... i have read all the research about it. It's very scary, but I don't know what to do nothing. I've tried is lowering my Blood Pressure. They've done every test imaginable... and i've had enough radiation for a lifetime... They say it's possible I could have cancer... i'm choosing not to have all the biopsies. And test... since I'm unemployed, i can't afford to get coaching from you even if I joined your circle. I really need the support though... I tried to figure out a way to do it last time and still trying to figure out this time... In the meantime, all of your videos etc. are very much a blessing to me Thank you Annette and team 💝 Abba bless you all with a Blessed FABulous Happy New Beginnings 2025 Love, Faith and Hope ❤️✝️👑🕊

I once said some place else on one of the videos that I was going back to KETO. My husband's doctor wants him to not eat keto. He said for him to eat a Mediterranean diet. My husband said, but that has grains which are carbs which is why I gained weight. The doctor said due to his high cholesterol and his age, he didn't want him on keto anymore. So, we are now trying to eat Mediterranean which I like. We have discovered Jasmine rice, lentils, and einkorn farro grains which we both love. Next, we are going to try barley from Azure standard. We are praying not to gain weight.

Keep fats low, and that will help. Staying to whole, unprocessed foods will be the best bet.

I need to lose nearly 100 pounds. I eat Biblically clean, eat very little sugar, don't eat much white flour. I had my gallbladder removed after I went septic from infection. I do not drink soda, and have started to avoid seed oils in the last 6 months. My inflammation markers in my body are high. I have been pregnant and/or nursing for the last 21 years. I really want to look and feel better🥺 Would you have any advice for me?

Let me offer my daughter's experience with inflammation. She has auto immune issues and her inflammation was out of hand. She decided to follow an anti-inflammation diet and among other things cut out all grains, sugar and night-shade vegetables. In 2 weeks she lost 10 lbs. She continued and has lost 21 lbs - all due to inflammation, not fat! This issue is huge! Ideally, if you can go to a homeopathic doctor that would be great and worth the money. Lord, we come to You in the name of Jesus asking that You would lead Your precious daughter to health. We praise You and thank You in Jesus name. Amen

@64caca thank you so much! I think I will do that! Did she use raw honey or anything natural, or cut out anything sweet?

As a Public Health Nutritionist, I would say to focus on what you can add into your diet, not take away. The more real, Whole Foods you eat, the less you will overeat because it is very difficult to when you’re eating real food. Prioritize protein, eat lots of fruits and vegetables; healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds, etc.; and real food starches such as starchy vegetables, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, barley, etc; and you will be fine. No real food is bad. No one got inflammation from real food. They got it from 🍞🥪🥮🧁🥧🍿🥨🥖🍷🧇🥂🍻🌭🍭🍰🥃🥐🥞🥓🥯🍕🍟🍔🌯🫔🍝🫓🥟🍤🥮🍦🍪🎂🍨🍧🍮🍹🍸🍾 and other ultra processed food. Instead focus on 🥬🥦🫛🥑🥒🫑🥕🍏🍌🫐🍗🍖🥩🍣🥔🍠🫒🍳🍆 and other God made foods you can find in nature. Inflammation is a result of too many omega 6’s in the diet from seed oils and too many refined grains and sugar. Increase your intake of omega 3s, eat the rainbow, limit refined sugar, and make your meals high in protein, healthy fats, wholesome starches, and fiber, and your health will skyrocket and you will reach your goals.

Hi Annette. I really strive towards pleasing God and doing everything I do to the glory of God, including eating. With that said, eating has actually become a stumbling block to me, because I am never sure if I am eating the right thing (even if it is a fruit or vegetable). I want to live life to the fullest and experience the health God intended us to have, but I also don't want my life to revolve around what I put into my mouth. Can you also please give me clarity about the Scriptures: Mark 7:18- 19 18 So He said to them, “Are you thus without understanding also? Do you not perceive that whatever enters a man from outside cannot defile him, 19 because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, [a]thus purifying all foods?” As well as Romans 14:17 17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. ((I fully agree that we ought to take car of our bodies and health, and I fully understand that gluttony is a sin, but is it wrong to enjoy a piece of cake when celebrating your grandmothers birthday or to have a pizza with your friends or what would you advise one should do when going on a camp and the menu is not that of all organic foods?)) Acts 2:46-47 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. I would really like to get your advise because I don't want food and eating to be a stumbling block anymore, I want to live and live abundantly without constantly thinking about whether or not my meal is healthy enough
