I first saw Barbara in front of an audience telling it how it was re Statins. The more I read and saw other great physicians saying the same thing. So under her advice I've stopped taking Statins. I dumped the doctors surgery and told them not to contact me with anything,; that I don't ascribe to pseudoscience, nor interested in their notifications of needing any yearly female tests, nor toxic yearly jabs! Well done! I'm no spring chicken either but there's plenty of spring in this chicken! No drugs. No illness. Ever. I refuse their bowel screening, breast screening, cervical smear tests, their blood pressure programme, have not seen a doctor in over 40 years, yet I'm supposed to have their Covid/RSV/Flu jab because I'm at risk. From what exactly? My immune system works fine! P.S. I detox every day from heavy metals, alternating between Zeolite (ruddy expensive), Borax & Diatomaceous Earth. I live in a rural area in New Mexico where I get grassfed raw goat and cow milk, I raise free range chickens, fed non soy and non corn organic feed, grow my organic gardens and orchards. Happy to see Barbara on your program! Re Fabric - it's difficult to find clothes made of natural fabric here in the US. Even mostly-cotton tee shirts have Spandex in them - to be more form-fitting. I buy Tees from a quality mail-order company because they have good all-Cotton tees...Etc. It's almost impossible to find 100% cotton denim Jeans. Etc. Quality Food is somewhat easier to find. I'm 77. I grew up in the country, running outdoors, and eating and cooking 'real' food. I've always cooked 'real' food, there's never been processed 'food' in my kitchen. My mother sewed lovely dresses for us, and the fabrics were always cotton or wool. So I've always resisted 'plastic' clothes. And I NEVER see doctors.

I remember one of my friends from primary school. We both went home at lunchtime and lived 100 yards apart. Me for my oxtail soup bulked out with chopped boiled potatoes (loved it!) Love Barbara ONeil...tell loafs of people to listen to her videos ...I've tried castor oil compresses on lower back and with kidney spots,what a miracle oil it is...the oain gone next day...I love covering my body with oil after the shower as I have dry skin, again amazing results...God Bless thus honourable lady with much love...❤❤❤

What an amazing gentlewoman of the first class, don't think she is woolly, there is a lioness behind all that wool. She speaks such sense. The bit about in the old days about doctors. That was the days you knew your doctor. My doctor in the day knew my grandmother, so he knew the whole family, then his son who became a doctor, knew the family history too. However times changed he sold the practice and then it became a health clinic and you were lucky to see the same doctor again. Time moved on and I left Ireland, made my new home Denmark. In my new country I went to a practice that had two female doctors and I felt I knew both and they knew me. At that time in the 90s, Denmark had the policy after antibiotic resistance that to get antibiotics it had to be very very serious. It was a very wise move, so I lived without any antibiotics for thirty yrs. Scroll back, I left Denmark to come back to Ireland and a lot of things have changed. Back to the health clinic. It seems to me, that antibiotics are the standard treatment here, which is fine if you need it. So the story goes, I had cut myself pretty badly and went to the local chemist and he said you should see the doc. So I went to the local medical centre. This is before covid, so it was fairly easy to get an appointment. Things since then have changed, almost impossible to see a doctor today. Anyway getting back to the story the doctor I saw, without washing his hands said you should have antibiotics for that. Told me the worst case scenario about one woman who didn't take his advice got sepsis. No sympathy, that I have had such a reaction in the past to antibiotics and I would rather not have that. I walked out of the office, worried I would get sepsis, but determined it was a risk I was willing to take. Im glad I did. Since then I have never wanted to see a doctor again.
