Depending on your future goals, you can learn from coding to web development, to business analysis or data analysis etc. Microsoft excel and others are the basics that you anyways must know how to use.

All the top universities require a bachelor degree to get into MHA. There may be a few universities that take candidates with diploma with high industry experience. We have to do some research and talk to universities, and send your profile for evaluation. But like I said, chances are low as a bachelor is usually required.
