1 walnuts 2. Plain yogurt 3 lentils dosa 4.healthy paneer toast 5.protien rich meal ( khichadi, rajma rice etc) 6. Sprouts 7. Homemade protien shakes 8. Paneer mushrooms and peanuts as eve snacks 9. Hey Raju! Whey protein supplements are made of milk. Whey is the liquid byproduct that remains after milk is curdled and strained ( eg - when making cheese or paneer). Gayatri focus on lifestyle modification. Workouts, eating at home, protein split through the day with every meal, sufficient sleep, good hydration all equally important. Skipping rice & wheat is just not sufficient. Eat your fruits, keep meals simple
