You could use soaked cashews, blended with a bit of water to make a paste instead of coconut cream.

Visų skoniai skiriasi - eksperimentuokite su savo mėgstamais prieskoniais, gal pabandykite kitą krakmolą, kol atrasite variantą, kuris patiks.

how to make sure the okara is fully cooked, if half done it's harmful to health. Usually when cooking soy milk, it will take a good 20mins. i think the okara cheese in the video is not fully cooked just in 5mins.

The okara I use is already cooked in making soy milk, otherwise, you can cook your okara for at least 15 minutes in some soy milk, let it cool and squeeze the liquid out.

I disliked your food wastage in the whole process. You didnt scrape the containers with a spatula and left so much in the pots to go through the drain. Waste of food is terrible. I watched the whole video and searched for a change in your behaviour, but there was no change. There are other cooking channels where the food we eat. is not wasted. Sorry to say, but I cannot recommend your channel. Bye

Sadly you're very mistaken, I do not waste anything actually, as like you, I hate food waste. If I did not show how I scrape containers on camera is just to save viewers time!
