Ingredients:
500g broccoli
500g cauliflower
Salt
4 eggs
black pepper
200g cream
bunch parsley
1 bell pepper
150g cherry tomatoes
100g cheese
At 200℃ (392℉) for about 30 minutes and another 10 minutes.
