Yes. Many years ago at some fancy Chinese restaurant in Vancouver Canada. At the time, it seemed magical that the cooks could make this dish. Your recipe and excellent instructions makes it much more achievable. Now I really want to get an air fryer :-)

Thanks again Maggie for a marvelous air fryer recipe. These fried milk treats are wonderful. I don’t remember ever trying this before. I also made your smashed potato recipe just prior to watching the football game. I am happy to say you are my mentor when it comes to cooking Chinese dishes. Maybe I will get adventurous and make the Cheung fun and siu mai. Also 2 of my favorite dishes.

Actually been so long since I've had fried milk, my family hasn't ordered that since I was little. We usually are getting tapioca pudding or whatever the restaurants serving that night. I'm going to have to give this a try as I loved your air fryer BBQ pork.

I want to try this. For those of you who grew up on it or you've otherwise had it regularly have you ever added vanilla extract to it when your mixing the ingredients ? I think that'll add to the flavor a lot

I don't think I used enough cornstarch. Mine wasn't as firm as yours and they broke apart as soon as they hit the eggs. 😅 I placed the remaining uncut portion into the freezer to firm them up a bit and will try again later today. Crossing my fingers it works. Lol

I know this video was uploaded 2 years ago but I just saw it last Friday and, I tried it with Raw Milk [since I'm on a Carnivore'ish Diet] for my friend's "Annual Memorial Day Family & Friends Potluck," and all I can say, no, all EVERYONE could say was, "WOW!" Mouths were drooling as I was air frying, and minds were blown as taste buds completely prevented everyone from saying anything. The only audible that filled the room was "Mmmmmm, Ahhhhhh, Wowwwwwww!" I guess you can say, it was orgasmic. This recipe is absolutely deelish!!!!! It is now voted as the Staple Desert from me at Potlucks. Thank you so much for this!!!!!

What's Up Maggie! Never had deep fried or air fried milk before. Looks interesting. Love the see through air fryer basket. Can one use lactose free milk? Would it taste good when dipped in maple syrup? Ketchup? Mayo? Thanks for another great idea and video. Get better soon. Take care. 😉

Lactose free milk should work but I havent tried! I think it will be good with condensed milk 😋
