I love oatmeal bakes! So, I have a few hacks. One, you can use frozen berries. You can either use less berries or use the same amount and just cook it a bit longer. Second, you can use frozen berries to decorate the top of the bake too. I really like the way it looks, reminds me of those berry explosion muffins.

Instead of lemon..you can always use amla (indian gooseberry maybe with some green chillies instead of hot sauce) ... It's just so good.. and it's called amla cilantro chutney..we don't cook it Full of antioxidants and vitamin c

Great video, you make these meals look easy to try and tasty, so that's encouraging. Yes, your famous tahini sauce is very good indeed. I use heat retention cooking for brown rice, so I don't have to keep watching it for 40 minutes. (Also called thermal cooking, hay box cooking.) Glad that you keep making these videos.

A couple things I learned from Dr Joel Fuhrman - you can sautee onions using water, + you don't need to rinse canned beans nor discard the nutrient-rich liquid =)

I would definitely keep the hot and cold components separate, unless you like your food cold (or hot sprouts and avocado)😉

I don't recommend heating meals up in plastic containers (as seen in the video), I transfer them to other containers (glass) or a plate before reheating. This way you can can remove the sprouts before heating if you want!
