This dude looked better with hair. Bald heads don’t look good on dudes with boyish faces

That is the worst macro ratio I’ve ever seen 2400 calories and 100 g of protein I vegan meal prep all the time and I could get 200 g of protein for that same 2400 calorie ratio

I love you both 💞! I'm old enough to be your parents and I've been a vegan for years. I am in the best health physically and mentally. I just saw you for the first time a few months ago, sorry I didn't know about you years ago. I have tried some of your recipes. Derek, you remind me in the best way of a granny with no measurements! I love it. I also love when Crystal is with you! It looks like you have a beautiful relationship and it's fun to watch. I listen to and read the books of many doctors such as Dr Gregor, Dean Ornish , Neal Barnard , Dr Campbell and the Esselstyns. If you notice as I have , many of these docs are up in age which is a great sign 🎉I also belong to the Food Revolution Network with John and Ocean Robbins. I love these people who really care about health and nutrition. I just finished watching your video on making plant milks. Thanks for the heads up. Keep up the great and fun work ....your recipes and information are so very important! Be well🧡💚💜🩵💙♥️🙏🎉🥦🥒🫛🫑🍍🥭🍑🍉🍉🍎🥦🌽🧅🥕🫚🫚🌶️🥑🍆🧄🍄🟫🫘

Would love more information on how your microbiome changes as a result of the foods you eat. Do you have a source or examples behind this point?

Excellent advice! I liked the motivational image of ourselves in the future….something tangible on the fridge or mirror would definitely be a motivator. 👏🤩

The food high- yes, I had that thought once. I remembered how we sometimes had plain potato soap for dinner when I was a child, vegetables soup etc. I realized I never cooked simple things like that. It had to be something more "special". And realized how absurd it is that every meal should have up be anything special. I was totally fine eating plain potatoes soup as a child. I still need to remind myself of this.

When I learned that willpower is a finite resource, something we don't have infinite reserves of, it completely changed my way of thinking. It helped me understand how importance taking pleasure in habits and ritual would improve my health.

Happy new year, Derek and Crystal! Inspiring, motivational vlog as usual. It came at the right time as my husband and I have finally decided to quit drinking alcohol and eating addictive, unhealthy junk food, join 12 step groups and form new healthy habits. Thank you for your positivity, encouragement and gentle motivation--all done without shaming and pushing perfectionism! 💪💗

I have a question- do we have to keep it freeze or deep freeze if we are planning to prepare it on every Sunday eve for the next 5 week days??? Will it survive in the freeze or must have to deep it?? Thanks in advance!

Absolutely top notch video Derek. All your videos are great but this one I found particularly motivational - you make it sound easy, and I believe it can be with what you've said, and I'm excited to use those tips! Thank you for another great video 😊

For tier lists, something can be high and low A tier for example. The furthest to the left A tier is gonna be high A tier and furthest to the right is gonna be low A tier. It helps with those that are close to a different tier. Thanks for the video though!

Well said. I saw a great post that said ‘The reason most people fail instead of succeed is they trade what they want most for what they want now’ … And I remember Chef AJ saying ‘If it’s in your house, it’s in your mouth’ and it’s so true. A clean environment I find really helps me. 🇨🇦
