My go to meals are sheet pans or big salads. Becca recently did a supper video and got a really great ideas from her video. I have been making on repeat her burger bowls. Which have a bed of greens, ground beef, roasted sweet potatoes, and pickles. She even made a yummy dressing to go on top.

I just had knee surgery on Monday and knowing that I would be out of commission for a while, I prepped 2 weeks worth of freezer meals in advance. Some are casserole-style in foil trays and some are in gallon size bags for the crockpot. Truly cannot explain how much of a life saver it has been and I definitely plan to continue to do this just for regular life! Totally recommend occasionally doubling whatever you’re cooking and freezing it for an easy meal on another night!

Best healthy meal that everyone in my house eats is family curry :) -1 onion -100g tandoori paste -1 large Kumura (sweet potato) -2x 400g can of lentils -60g spinach -400ml of coconut cream (I blend the spinach in to this Serve with rice, my toddlers and older child all eat this no problem

The fruit smoothies sound delicious. And the nut milks look so much better than what they sell in the store. An anti-inflammatory diet makes so much sense. Inflammation is so prevalent with our American diet.

I am curios seeing how much you are caring about the ingredients. We are thankful for not having any food intolerance; still it's great to take care for our bodies. One thing I noticed directly is the high number of plastic bags the vegetables are packed in. Maybe there is a difference between our countries(I am german), but here it is possible to buy lots of fruits and vegetables without any packaging. In some places, plastic bags are even banned. Would be nice for our planet to reduce plastic worldwide.:)

I would also look into getting an endoscopy done. It's not pleasant but sometimes issues are skin deep. Literally. Sometimes it can be something as small as ulcers causing your issues. I hope you feel better!!

Caldo de Pollo (Chicken Soup)- Boil Chicken (with the bone) add garlic and (sea or himalayan) salt to the boiling water. Add favorite veggies: Squash, carrots, potatoes, celery until done. Add handful of oregano when done and serve. Add a squeeze of lime to taste and chili flakes if you're brave ;)

Check the oils that your sweet potato tots and waffle fries are cooked in. I have been reading the labels on the frozen fries and they are all cooked in inflammatory oils. So I started thinking I will just make them from scratch. Wow! That’s a process of itself…

I have to go dairy and gluten free. I’m not absorbing nutrients and my hormonal specialist thinks it may be a gut issue. My adrenals are struggling and I could have a thyroid issue even though my test for that came back normal. I love bread! Thank you for giving me ideas!

I’m curious to know why natural flavors are bad?
@valentinarevutskaya65453 жыл бұрын
“The original source of natural flavors must be plant or animal material. However, natural flavors are highly processed and contain many chemical additives...” you want the ingredient list to actually say vanilla bean for example
