Pro tip: any recipe where you're using oil and honey (with the same measuring spoon), measure oil first, then measure honey so it slides right off the spoon 🥰

I made the pancakes, and they taste really good. However, they did stick too much to the parchment paper so in future I would spray a bit of oil on the parchment paper or do the same directly on a casserole pan.

Thanks for the recipe ideas Selma. For ease of prep you might want to consider using a jam funnel (wide spout funnel) to put some of the contents into the storage jars.

Sweden doesn’t have the pumpkinspices or pumpkinpurées either so I’m making my own. Been bingewatching your videos today inbetween trying to clean my apartment. I always love your recipes! One question, with the taco jar sauce you used both Greek yogurt and sour cream, does that make a difference? I usually replace sour cream with Greek yogurt in my meals since it’s healthier and more protein. So just curious. Thanks!!

I found it in a grocery store☺️ Last year I couldn’t find them in any store here in Finland, so I made it from scratch, it was quite easy and turned out great😍

All you really need are actual peanuts that you can add as much or as little as you want.. as far as sweetener/oil. I would definitely add some monk fruit. :)
