Would love to see more fish recipes if you can eat fish! Also, I never thought I would find lactose-free Greek yogurt, But then it showed up in my local health grocer And I tried it and loved it!

Love your videos! I recomend using "unbleached" parchment paper and silicon, wood or metal utencils. Chicken should be cooked for 30min to avoid potential illness

Omg sry i forgot to look on the description-so mine kind of were an improvise I didn’t have much peanut butter so I spent 10 minutes scooping it out so I added some almond butter I didn’t have much about (1 tsp)maple syrup or honey I only had vanilla protein powder agian not much of that so I kind of put so much in then added milk and hope for the best 🥲
