I've been subscribed for years and watch a lot of your content on repeat most nights. With all the times I've been looking through rice videos, why is it now I find the perfect one?! Here in Greece "avgolemono" is only the last step of this soup(avgo=egg, lemono=lemon). Also this soup is what we call traditional chicken soup. Avgolemono is a something that we do in other foods too, especially stews. In general, in Greece we put lemon everywhere!
