Creamy Harissa Pasta (recipe from my app)
For the cream:
1/2 cup cashew nuts, raw
1/2 cup water
For the pasta:
4 garlic cloves
5 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp harissa paste
3 cup vegetable broth
11 oz whole wheat pasta, dry
For the stir-fry sauce (recipe from my app)
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp peanut butter, unsweetened
1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp tamari sauce
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Water to thin
Tray Bake (recipe from my app)
1 1/2 lb yellow potatoes
3 1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 red onion
1 x 15 oz can chickpeas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp yellow curry powder
1 tsp cumin, ground
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
365F/180C for 25-30 min
For the sauce:
1/2 cup coconut yogurt, unsweetened
2 tbsp lime juice
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh mint
