Thanks for the sincerity and sharing your story... I'm trying to get help. Was freaking out today. The traffic and vehicles going everywhere was driving me crazy... I went down and bought some "Saw Palmetto"... I feel better now. I wish somebody would do some scientific studies on it's effectiveness with bipolar... Thanks for your program 👍

I myself am bipolar, had it on and off since late teen years, finally got dignosed offically in 2021. I also went off my meds and ended up in legal issues. I mainly went off due to long term side effects on my kidneys (using lithium), but i have come to understand it is much worse to get off it than risk some CKD complications.

They do the blood tests regularly to make sure your kidneys and liver is good. Don't use the meds. Advice from a person who is bipolar for more twenty years. Good luck!
