一般黃玉米可以吃,但若有不同顏色交雜出現的 那就是水果玉米 含糖量高呀!(蔗糖、葡萄糖高很多)

要注意那是指糯玉米 因為它富含支鏈澱粉 會容易引起血糖波動 如果高血糖或糖尿病 請盡量選購普通玉米 希望有幫助 ❤️
