Such a good point Chef AJ. This is not a dessert to eat daily, calorie wise, but if you want to have a treat for the Holidays this recipe is significantly healthier than a pecan pie made with corn syrup, butter, eggs and other artery clogging ingredients! I love pecan pie, and look forward to making this one.
