How long would I cook these potatos if I just wanted "fried" potatoes with sausage?
@YourEverydayJoe5 жыл бұрын
Hi Brenda thanks for your question. Im not sure if you're referring to cutting potato disks and cooking them with sausages in the power air fryer oven but if thats the case then I would cook them for at least 12-15 minutes paying attention to when the sausages are well cooked. If cooking wedges by themselves, i used about 12 minutes at 390. You can see it in my baked fish dinner video here. Https://kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJPbqmyImLJ_b7c Let me know if you have other questions.

Great video! Very helpful. Your instructions are so much better than the ones I have watched. I tried dehydrating sweet potato chips in my air fryer like yours, but after 12 hours, I was so discouraged. The air fryer setting was so much faster. Would you advise the same settings for sweet potato chips as well? Have you made turkey jerky? What settings would you advise? Thank you so much in advance. I will be subscribing. Looking forward to all your recipes.

Those looked really good and the crunch sounded crispy yummy. Can a frozen tv dinner go into an air fryer? Will the container they are in be ok? I purchased an air fryer last week and used it to cook some sweet potato fries and cod fish. It was delicious. .

Thanks for your comment and question. I haven't tried a TV dinner in it. I would assume that if it is ok in the conventional oven then it might be fine but I'm not sure about the plastic covering.

Everything I've cooked in this unit has come out great kzbin.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB ! Everything tastes so good. Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!

Hi Chris, thanks for supporting the channel. I'm not sure if you can find additional racks for your model. Try searching Amazon website using the name and model of your air fryer and looking for accessories. If the manufacturer has a website try there otherwise they may not be available. Let me know the model and I will try to help you search. Thanks again for the support 😊👍

Hey..Joe nice video..thanks for sharing and allso ide like to put my 2 cents in on the one saying make shorter cooking videos with out the cooking lessons..lots of folks need cooking lessons not just because they don’t know how to cook but sometimes as a reminder of how to cook that certain item ...Remember in life you never are to old to learn and you never stop learning and yes even some people learn something new once in a while some learn everyday!...again thanks for sharing

You say this is easy? :) Well, I guess it is EASY, but man...making a little bag's worth of chips seems to take forever! Your recipe (not the video) is as long as others, but I sure wish I could find a faster way.
@YourEverydayJoe5 жыл бұрын
Thanks ywmpg for your comment. I think making them in the conventional oven using cooling racks and stacking them may increase the quantity. Although temp and time adjustments will need to be considered. Usually I will spend a couple of hours making a batch for myself. Seeing that I do not eat these often I only make them as needed. No storage necessary.👍😁

Howany potatoes can you do at one time
@YourEverydayJoe2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the question. I guess it depends on how many grids you have. At the time of this video I was using 5 screens with one used to cover the top layer so they don't fly away in the oven. With 4 screens you can probably do 2 or 3 medium sized potatoes depending on how thick your slices are. I hope this answered your question. Thanks again for posting. 😎

Why spray the rack take your not aerosol but a spray pump spray it in the palm of your hands and rub it lightly on with both hands and then rub the bottom and the top just spread out your hands this that's got the oil and rub on top and the bottom of the rack that way you're not wasting your I use the extra light tasting olive oil I saved the expensive olive oil for salads
