INGREDIENTS
▪️ 2 eggs
▪️ 3 tbsp (45 g) monk fruit sweetener
▪️4 drops of red food coloring
▪️ (5g) 1 tsp vanilla essence
▪️50g 1/2 cup coconut flour
▪️ (15g) 1 tbsp bitter cocoa powder
▪️ (5g) 1 tsp baking powder
▪️¼ cup milk
cream:
▪️100g of ricotta or cream cheese
▪️1 tablespoon Sweetener optional
▪️A tablespoon of vanilla extract
▪️ Pinch of salt
Makes 4 servings
