I loooove sorbet. So easy to make when you have a hankering for a sweet treat. That strawberry sorbet looks gorgeous. And basil? Yes please. I'll have to give that a try.

Great video. I love you using summer fruits to make sorbet. One of my favorite is watermelon lime. I have made mango many times, but have not tried mixing it with pineapple. Both of those are really sweet if they are completely ripe.

Hey! I have a question. While I was in Canada this summer, I went to Tim Hortons and purchases a 'pineapple orange' smoothie. It had no added sugar and was delicious! The recipe is provided on a PDF that's linked in the description of the video :) there are 3 different methods! If you want to make a batch to freeze, you can pour your blended fruit into a baking sheet lined with parchment to freeze it, then when it's frozen break up the pieces and blend into sorbet! mindovermunch.com/PDF/June22_Sorbet3Ways_MindOverMunch.pdf
