I have been reading labels and eat mostly organic foods, fresh fruits , vegetables, no red meat, no concentrated sweets meaning no desserts unless I baked it, and I’m exercising several days a week I have lost 10 lbs . It has been about 7 weeks since I really started caring about what I eat. My cholesterol and glucose were way elevated so I am hoping next blood work checkup will be a big improvement! I feel a thousand times better! Thank you for being so inspiring because I really think you have very good advice! I never knew about ingredients until I started watching your videos! This has changed my life and how I eat! I’m 62 and it’s never too late to get healthy! And yes I’m a regular on thrive market !

Bobby, can you comment on the organic vegan shortening by Nutiva on Thrive Market? I see so many recipes using that for paleo baking. It says red palm oil, which I know you say is the only good palm oil, and it says it is non-hydrogenated. That all sounds good, but my main question is the first ingredient: Palm Fruit Oil. Bobby isn’t walking around with a mask because he chooses not to. He also has something called an immune system. When you choose healthy living, eat immune boosting foods, and exercise, why would you walk around everywhere scared of getting sick? @@joanshealy1662 unfortunately the virus is not going to “be over.” It’s something we have to learn to live with, same as the seasonal flu and the cold. @Bobby Have you tried the Hero Cups? They're peanut butter cups, and they have one made with coconut sugar. They're on sale at Whole Foods right now, so I gave them a try. They're excellent. I hope you'll check them out the next time you're there.

Yass Bobby! I can’t wait for the last season of Ozark either! 🙌🏼 Im guilty of buying the veggie straws, until I read the ingredients!😳 Good there’s other options! Not a Zevia fan, I’ve tried diff flavors & can’t find one I like to repurchase. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #HappySaturday ❤️✌🏼🌞

You should consider translating your videos into Spanish ...there's a lot of people who could benefit from them ....I've tried to explain to people what you say about reading labels and more ....I'm Hispanic and there's just soo many people that need this info..but do not know English ...consider it..lol...

Ummm last time I checked a label, cornmeal does have some nutritional value. Even the non organic kind. This was said at about the 2:00 mark.

He probably meant no fiber when he said it. But I don’t know. It’s like white rice is no nutrition compared to brown. He’s meaning the fiber.

Have you actually tried this seven sundays cereal? I tried coco and it tastes like sand. No mater how clean and healthy the product is, I predict that no one would buy it, because it taste like sh*t. Total waste of my $7.

Bobby, I’m surprised you are okay with “gums” and emulsifiers in foods. I have listened to a lot of enlightened GI docs that say these disrupt your gut biome and GI system. I steer clear of those things whenever possible.

In his older videos he isn’t. He was always saying to stay away from them.. a few of the products he has been promoting lately have them and he will just skip over them while reading the ingredients even though we can see them🤷‍♂️

@@kimmiej9966 so interesting. I am new to channel so I don’t know what he said before but I do know you want to steer clear of gums and emulsifiers due to being gut disrupters. I have been studying gut health for years now and that stuff is a no go.
