I have been reading labels and eat mostly organic foods, fresh fruits , vegetables, no red meat, no concentrated sweets meaning no desserts unless I baked it, and I’m exercising several days a week I have lost 10 lbs . It has been about 7 weeks since I really started caring about what I eat. My cholesterol and glucose were way elevated so I am hoping next blood work checkup will be a big improvement! I feel a thousand times better! Thank you for being so inspiring because I really think you have very good advice! I never knew about ingredients until I started watching your videos!
