It's not maida, it's white flour

This flour is type 75 (White flour), Rich in protein, fiber & carbohydrates. Very good for health. Never in my life seeing tibetan making momo with Maida.

Actually it's ma:ma:(म:म:) not momo. In newari language maniu means stemming and ma:ma: nayeu means is stemming stemming eating. In Tibetan language no any meaning of ma:ma: even ma:ma: is not Tibetan pronouncesetion then how it's become Tibetan. It's newari food.
