What’s up guys!! Some steaming hot momos with spicy Momo chutney is an emotion in itself. My mouth is salivating as I write this, these momos turned out super delicious & the spicy chutney (OMG ❤️). I have included tips to prepare the most juiciest & delicious momos and also I have included 5 different ways to shape them, from easy to a little difficult. Shaping momos is a learning curve & I used to be so bad at it, I am still getting at it but I am happy with where I have reached while creating this video for you guys, I am sure I will get better as I keep practising. So if you feel shaping momos is difficult, try the easier shaping techniques & practice the difficult ones! Enjoy this recipe with this spicy chutney & have fun!

I always make momos from rice flour, not wheat flour or maida. It is harder to work with, but the end result is so much better. Anyone who has eaten a modak would know. The rice covering has a beautiful taste of its own. I suggest everyone to try it with 100% rice flour or maybe 50% mix of maida and rice flour.

@@ruchisharma6706 I am from Darjeeling so I can advice you here... your momo wrapper should be thin outside and little thick inside,in this way your momos won't tear while cooking....secondly while mixing the dough just mix salt and lastly just steam in plain water... you can boil soup in another container and the main magic is just grate ginger in your kheema....no garlic.....ginger, onion and Maggie cube... as usual, your nutrition/food-label lesson is all wrong, just like the mainstream nutrition advice. soy is one of the worst things to feed the chicken because soy is high in omega-6, resulting in chicken with high omega-6. soy is also high in phytoestrogens which may cause problems in many people. the healthiest chicken are those who follow their evolutionary lifestyle: rasied outside on pasture, eating grass and bugs.
