As a vegetarian living in Central America it is so hard to find things like nutritional yeast, tofu, even normal seeds besides chia. This video has to be the most helpful plant based one I've seen so far. Thank you so much Nina! Much love from Honduras🌿

I love how you explain why these foods are in your daily diet. Super knowledgeable and my favorite place for plant based recipes and Inspiration!
@wildoatling7 жыл бұрын
Hey Cam & Nina! First of all, I love how you edit your videos. They're always simple, clean and a little cheeky. I know you said you have a sauerkraut recipe in your ebook, plus there are many different recipes online to explore; however, like a lot of people, I'm a visual learner. You seem really quite informed on gut health/healthy bacteria and I think a lot of people (myself included) would appreciate a video dedicated to that and a step-by-step tutorial on making sauerkraut/kimchi. Have fun in Costa Rica! I've only been there a handful of times (never for more than two weeks) and it's one of my favourite places on Earth because of it's beauty, people, and biodiverse ecosystems. Love you ❤️
@nina.montagne7 жыл бұрын
It's a topic I'm MEGA passionate about so I think I should definitely make a video on the gut with a cheeky sauerkraut recipe tossed in there! Thank you so much for the feedback! And si, Costa Rica is a magic place and I'm so grateful I got to grow up here

hi you two!! first off, i think this is the first time i've commented but i've been watching you all for a while and love love love your videos, energy, and the knowledge you share. i recently moved from denver, colorado (land of the hippies) to santiago, chile and i have actually really enjoyed the simplicity in eating here. i've gotten back to more *whole foods* and been intentional about nutrients even more, because i don't have (cheap) access to the extras as you mentioned. anyways, i'm a huge nutrition geek as well and just adored this. thanks for always bringing a little sunshine to my days. abrazos!
