That looks tasty. I think when I was a Barista I use to use Oregon Chai & I personally would use 1/2N1/2 w/nutmeg & cinnamon. She's a glutinous drip but I drank her top to bottom Grande sized & loved it like Christmas pumpkin pie! :P Been a long time so I think that's right.?

I think it's depending on the ingredient that she used but if we count it it's almost 230 kcl or so and as much as healthy ingredients you use the cal falls down

English DEFINITION of Chai means a type of Indian tea, made especially by boiling the tea leaves with milk, sugar, and cardamom. Translations and definitions aren't the same things. Another analogy is in English, Chaise Lounge (though spelled incorrectly... it should be longue) is the long sofa shaped like a chair. It translates to "lounge chair" (vs long chair) which in English is just an upright, upholstered chair used for relaxing.
