This is my 25+ Year Old's Guide For Low Back Pain and Healthy Spines. Each decade of life, there are predictable degenerative changes in the spine, there are certain things you can do reduce the severity of these changes with a few adjustments to your lifestyle and specific low back stretches and low back exercises.
Diet and nutrition and learning how to bend correctly may help reduce back pain and decrease the risk of injury, particularly a herniated disc. These components and more can help stop low back pain, when combined to form an overall back care program.

Yoga is what helps me the most, I recommend it to so many people. My doctor has changed my medication from diazepam, I had a relapse and was taking 40mg a day for a few weeks, to baclofen. At long last I've got an actual muscle relaxant! I managed to cut out the diazepam in about a week, how well the baclofen is working, I have to say it's not making any difference. The worse area is my lower back, especially the right side. The pain comes round into my lower abdomen/pelvis area, into my hip and down my leg. The pain usually kicks in after I've been on my feet for about 3-5 minutes. So we'll see what the doctor says when I go for my follow up on the baclofen. I love these videos, your so informative and thorough!

Hlo doctor i am 25 and same thing happened me i try to pick some thing from the ground it's little havy and same time i fell ohh! On my back and after some days i start fell pain from my leg it's tiling and back pain i had a mri i was diagnosed with disc bulg l4-5, lateral spinal stenosis and hypertrophic fact doctor send me for physiotherapy therapyest told me do extension, i want to ask you having this problem what kinds of strech and exercise is suitable thank you.
