A cold shower helps cause it literally shocks the body that’s what happened with me. Sometimes my anxiety still comes back, which is fine which then leaves me to take another another cold shower and I’m feeling back to normal.

But it feels good! And I feel like it helps and I've never hurt myself doing it. Oh maybe because I don't do it at the end range but I do it mid range.

Are you loving to eat (South Korean) Kimchi instead? Putting Kimchi sauce into your nostril would be very painful.

Skimmed through the video and perhaps I missed it, BUT NEVER/EVER irrigate your sinuses when EITHER side is plugged or congested! This will lead to problems with ear(s) plugging and possible infection. The work around to temporarily unblock both sinuses is to jump up/down until you can breath through BOTH nasal passages. You didn't need to jump high, as the the bounce is what will open them up. Don't land in the heel, rather the ball of your foot... Even if it means freeing them up ever so slightly, because once you start to flush your sinuses, it will open them up, but never think you will unplug a congested nasal passage(s), you can burst your eardrum! Think swimmers ear and getting water in your ear canal and how uncomfortable this feels... Though you can use unbuffered salt, your better off using what was designed for this machine, with the Sinupulse sinus rinse salt(300g) on Amazon... Both the blue cone tips are coated with antibacterial material and don't need alcohol to be cleaned simply rinse it off or small amount of hand soap applied/rinsed... Coming straight from the manufacturer(Glenn Rocklin/support) Alkalol can be used with the saline solution, to help with post nasal drip and allergy season (2T per 16oz distilled water). Amazon... This machine has helped me and my 10 y/o son with colds, allergies, etc

I had esophageal surgery and my esophagus was perforated. They inserted a chest tube and a stent. Somehow I swallowed the stent and when they removed it, the valve was damaged. Now food comes up if I bend over even slightly after eating. I eat smaller meals now and can only sleep on my left side. I'm down to two meals a day and a snack or two. It's been months and I am still having issues. Someone told me it is possible to reset the valve but they didn't know how. Do you?

You can also do zero carb diet and all the bad bacteria will die off by starvation. This worked for me, but it was really difficult to give up cabrs. It took 6 months.

A Hippocrates quote, "If you are not your own doctor, you are a fool"! We can all learn more about new ways to effectively help ourselves. In some cultures, uses of modern-day medicines are a rarity, while emphases on traditional healing lore is more common. This video is a great example!

Thank you for sharing this exciting trial result yourself sir. I have a question to ask. Lactobacillus sakei is an anaerobic bacterium. If used on the nasal mucosa, will it become inactive quickly due to the oxygen concentration in the nasal cavity? I really have a hard time understanding how this works.

As much as this video has merit for some, for those who really don't feel overly stressed and do exercise, etc. this "mind over matter" concept for IBS offers nothing. Just saying.

I've been using a 60ml syringe for years. Worked great but sometimes too much force seemed to push mucus up the estacion tube and plugged up my ears--VERY annoying. A controlled pressure force machine is the way to go. Fugget 'bout the squeeze bottles & neti pots. I, too, have the H2OLabs water distiller; I've been distilling my drinkable water for more than 50 years: I do not all that chemical junk in my body. And, NO, one does NOT create a reverse osmosis effect drinking distilled water. If ya have pathogens in your indoor plumbing, you have a serious problem you should fix -- immediately! Using self-generated distilled water seems wasteful. I zap my water in El microwavo just to heat it for my WaterPik--sensitve no like cold water & running water just to get a couple cups warm water (running 2 gallons of water down the drain to get 2 cups of warm water is absurdly wasteful). I keep a 2-cup jar by my WaterPik and nuke it when I need some warm water. I've never been compulsively obsessed with microbes in my water--unless the water department tells everyone flesh-eating amebas might be present. A more effective / efficient way to disinfect water would be the ol' Instant Pot, perhaps putting several 2-cup (or whatever) jars of water in canning jars, with the rubber-sealing lids that would create several Instant (yes it's a pun) jars of clean water. For the homemade saline concoction, I mix baking soda with kosher salt. Experiment with quantities of soda-salt with whatever quantity of water you use. However, after buying the SinuPluse device, I'm gonna give their saline concoction a try. Using several kinds of salts seems like a good idea. Also, they have figured out the correct physiological proportions to use.

I know when a downward spiral starts. Being overwhelmed with multiple stressors, having people want something from you with a deadline as if you don’t have a life, a family CRISIS where you’re scared all the time of a family member who is out of control …. Moving to a new location. And all of this is happening at once. When the threat disappears, the reality sets in. All the things he said, that he put his hands on me AGAIN. I came so close to death last year when this happened the 1st time. I planned things. I boxed things up. I JUST wanted to be with God and Angels. 4 times I overdosed. One of them I didn’t wake up for 3 days. And after all that, I waited. I saved so much medication there was no way I would make it. I wanted to be near God when I did it and the only place I could think of was at a church door step late at night. The only thing that stopped me was that my son started talking to me again. Having him give me the silent treatment and not want to have anything to do with me hurt worse than anything else. Even if he said terrible things to me. Even if he put his hands on me. He was still my son. I’ve heard what heaven is like from ppl who have had near death experiences. Why wouldn’t you want to be there as fast as possible? I’ve been through so many downward spirals that in cases like this …… it becomes a straight nosedive to the bottom. I don’t want to be HERE. I don’t BELONG “here.”
