I love Leefy Nidra for sleep and Leefy Prana for pain relief, I make my own cleaners, I also have been drinking chlorophyll and I love it. I have no idea if it’s doing anything but I feel good drinking it 😅

Selenium is a key nutrient for thyroid health! Yes I eat 2 brazil nuts per day to help support my selenium levels.

Hi! I buy the $12 one actually which is the Mineral Toothpaste, and is the one I shared in the video. Which is still expensive compared to conventional toothpaste, but I feel it's worth it to invest in our health. My code HGG10 saves 10% which helps too :) Some people spend their money on getting their nails done or coffee from coffee shops - I spend my money on wellness products :) Another tip to save money, and this is something I do, is wait until Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sales around the Holiday time and then I'll buy our items for the year at a discount such as body wash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner etc!
