गर्मी में अपने घरों के बाहर, छतों पर पानी के बर्तन रखें और हो सके तो छतों पर पक्षियों के लिए छाया की व्यवस्था भी करें। पक्षियों के शरीर में इलेक्ट्रोलाइट की मात्रा संतुलित रहे, इसके लिए पानी मे गुड़ की थोड़ी मात्रा मिलानी चाहिए। इससे गर्मी में तापमान से राहत मिलती है और शरीर में पानी की कमी नहीं होती।

गर्म पानी कभी भी नही पीना चाहिए गर्म हो या गुनगुना कोई सा भी नहीं पीना चाहिए। शरीर को बहुत नुकसान पहुंचा है गर्म पानी से। मैंने लगातार 5 साल गुनगुना पानी पिया है पर मुझे नुकसान दिया है।

@@naren3859 शरीर में खुश्की होना, कब्ज, स्किन ड्राई, पाचन क्रिया स्लो, सफेद बाल होना, और बहुत सारे रोग हैं। क्योंकि गर्म पानी आंतों में लगी चिकनाई पिघला देता। और आंतों में खुश्की पैदा हो जाती है। फिर कभी भी पेट साफ नहीं होता। पेट से जुड़े सभी रोग हो जाते हैं गर्म पानी पीने से। सुबह पानी तो जरूर पीना चाहिए परन्तु ताजा पानी पीना चाहिए।
