Both could sing. I think that's the beauty of art. It's subjective. To you, Bob couldn't sing. To you, Timothee can't sing. To someone like myself, they can sing. I hear/see the beauty in it. Timothee did a fantastic job singing in Wonka and A Rainy Day in New York.
