I am in the process of making this same box. Yours came out beautiful, I must say, and I was wondering what hinges did you use for the box? Did you order them from Amazon? Thanks for your attention.

Since I asked this question I found that Home Depot on line has the barrel hinges, and they're only $2.20 each. 1 hinge in the package so you have to order 2 for a pair.

@@jimcardinali1555 yes the SSOS hinges that Woodcraft specs in the plans are incredibly expensive. Around $30/pr. I found the ones at Lee Valley for 17 which is still pricey. Supposed to arrive tomorrow.

Amazon. Get the Sankyo movements cause they have longer key winding shanks for 1/2" wood bottom of box.

+Sandie Reichenberger The pump depends on the size of your pond. My pond is ~700-1000 gallons so I use the Titan 900. I do not know if that pump is available anymore but a similar pump would be this pump www.amazon.com/Laguna-Max-Flo-Waterfall-Filter-Pump/dp/B000HASBHC
