Friends today I am going to share with you all a simple recipe but a healthy recipe prepared out of a medicinal plant.....Hauttaynia cordata...or simply in Assamese Masundari or heart leaf plant. In some places it's also known as fish mint or fish leaf as because it bears a tipycal smell of raw fish....these leaves can be taken raw as salads or cooked veg as well as non veg recipes... specially various fish curries are popular out here in Assam. Traditionally in Assam used as folk medicine for diuresis and detoxification. Mostly for gastrointestinal tract disorders, indigestion...etc..
It also posseses antiviral, antibacterial and antilukemic activities. It is good for Pneumonia, hypertension, constipation, hyperglycemia.. it's also good for obesity...
So friends please try this recipe... let's take some healthy food.....boost up our immunity...so that we all can come over this dreadful Corona..
