Here at Loose Women, we often have viewers who bring certain issues to our attention and a message from one mother inspired a discussion about parental alienation. This is when a child's hostility towards one parent is not justified and the child becomes estranged from the parent as a result is the psychological manipulation of the other parent.

Thank you ladies for bringing this topic to the forefront. An abundance of the population will say " why are some of children turning violent or suicidal as they get older"? It's appalling that the system is broken this badly. I am a father to two wonderful boys with an ex wife. I fought since 2013 to have " equal rights". We had numerous court appearances over accusations that not one ever turned out to be valid...all the while the children suffered. How is it conceivable in today's society, that one parents anger toward the other is allowed to do this damage. In 2023 I had to finally relent and just take a diminished role of every other weekend because I couldn't afford to fight anymore. My reserves are empty. I'm beyond heartbroken. Meanwhile through support She can fund more accusations and hurt. Nightmare that came true. I know there are tons of other fathers in this same predicament. I know there are men that gave all men a bad rep on this issue but some of us are manned up and proud that we fight to not only tell our kids we love them, but show them in person! Thanks again for bringing this to the surface. And to all good dads out there...there have to be better days coming. Right?

My kids are alienated from their cousins. We are not even allowed to send gifts for their birthdays, Christmas, Easter, etc. My kids were told they are not even allowed to send letters. All because her n my brother got divorced....She has cut the whole family from the kids lives.
