IMHO Trup let live a Thalnos for too long, and that's what cost him a game. Watching all that burn out of nowhere was pretty disgusting, but hey, Trump also have some good RNG - potion bringing a Imperator and Brann? That's some luck.

mightybatillo Thay wasn't a misplay. Two 1 dmg minion isn't a threat to warrant a must-demonwrath when it can be used to kill so many stuff, moreso when in conjunction with hellfire. That's like saying Finley+spell dmg totem is too scary, so you must demonwrath to kill a spell dmg totem.

Well, sometimes you must demonwrath to kill a spell dmg totem. One time I had to fireball a mistress of mixes to stay outside lethal range. Spell dmg is super important in the Shaman matchup, and even more in this game now that his opponent has steady shot instead of totemic call. Trump´s play is weak vs spirit claws and super weak vs maelstrom portal, it ended loosing him the ooze, the farseer and the emperor.

it is really hard to replace a card that is a win condition in mostly matchups. you can try to run deathwing to get a boost in the late game, or even run the leeroy combo instead, otherwise this deck has no win conditions. i think he is pretty much irreplaceable, but not sure.
