Well, it is a controversial move that was done in a tournament before (so you are already wrong). BTW in that tournament it turned out to be the right move and won the game.

It worked once so it's good. (sarcasm) If he didn't use in on his face he could have had more minions alive by using it on the bomber. He lost more damage than gained by using a card that deals same damage as hero power on turn one.

Anyone please respond. I started playing Hearthstone like 6 days ago, I'm okay, still learning things. Lets say I am running this deck, and I have two 2/3s on the board and the opponent has a 3/6. Is it worth to use my minions to attack his even though they will die and won't kill?

most of the time no. the simple reason being in most cases your opponent will use THEIR minion to trade into one of the 2/3's. by hitting your 2/3's into the 3/6 you effectively just allow the opponent to maintain board control, not have to kill one of your 2/3's and instead attack your face which is anything but good. hope this helps I've been playing for a year.

Anyone have any advice on the best way to use the tracking card?

Tracking has a few uses. Late game it allows you to search for answers. It allows you to fix your mana curve and tailor your hand for combos. Possibly the most important use is deck cycling. Cycling is good for the same reason not running more than the minimum amount of cards in other cards games is good, it increases the probability of drawing your best cards. It does this by giving cheap card draw, essentially giving you a 28 card deck, and by allowing you to remove 4 less optimal cards from your deck. Playing it when you have a spare mana and nothing to play helps you at no real cost, but is not always the optimal use of the card. learning when it's not optimal is mostly a matter of experience and knowing your opponents deck and how the game will play out.

xxAlphaFoxxx Yes. The point is too kill them as quickly as possible, usually deciding to hit their hero rather than their minions. Hitting them in the face means attacking their hero.

I would DE him and use the dust to craft a Don Hon Cho. I used to have a standard KK but i DE'd him and used the dust to craft a Princess Huhuran awhile who has turned out to be much more useful. I played mid-range and never got to use him as i rarely got to turn nine as i usually had beaten my opponent by then. Like trump says hunter is a very aggressive class due to the nature of its hero ability and rarely stays around for the long game. So thats why i think its better to make a better cheaper minion like Don Han Cho. Plus his value is great, a 7 drop 5/6 minion that gives another minion 5/5, which, if used on a minion like DoppleGangster can be devastating for the opponent to deal with.

When to face with modern Hunter: Always face. Always. If the face play taunt, still go face. Everyone knows the face is the place.

Surely hunter decks need cards that can get rid of taunts. Taunts are the biggest pain in the arse for Hunters in my very limited experience playing the game. Surely 2x Hunter's Mark is needed to help combat this. That beast owl thing that silences a card is brilliant for getting rid of taunts.

If the opponent has taunts it's hard to handle with this deck. If the opponent goes for board control with high health minions or AoE spells it's also hard to play against. It's fun to play but doesn't work out most of the time against anybody that does any of those (most players).

Computer Science and Tech. You see forfeiting gives the opponent less xp since you grt xp from hitting face. Its also a way to save time if you know youre gonna die the next turn and without a way to fight

i actually just reached rank 5 with an anti aggro hunter deck and with it i get pretty much 100% win against zoo and other hunters but get rekt by handlock and ramp druid so not all hunter have to be aggro especially in this fast meta game being just a little bit slower is an advantage

Control Hunter should be quite strong once GvG comes to constructed. The 2/3 sniper, the 2/2 weapon, and Gahz'rilla. Though, a super aggressive mech deck with the mech leaper sounds way more fun. :P

Beta I love Shaman's ability because it synergyzes so well with Frostwolf, 5 mana 8/8 is very often a thing, and I use it as a bait for polymorphs or other hard removals, so I can play the real fat minions xd

Trump often has to record many games, as sometimes he can't accurately show off the mechanic he wants to. For the shaman episode he recorded like 10 games, but kept killing his opponent before showing off favorable trading

He's not teaching how to play hunter, he's teaching a basic concept. Playing at a low level allows him to isolate the specific lesson instead of legend rank arcane plays that wouldn't make sense to a beginner.

Ben Friesen im actually sort of teasing him of how bad he is at Hunter. Last season he tried to rank up with hunter, but he played it as if it was zoo. He just can't control him self to control the board. Also he likes to put very controlling cards in his hunter. Pretty painful to watch him lose.
