first and foremost my heart goes out to you!! I am a white man (I do have some native blood but I am not registered as my family is) but I am also a victim of the CPS system. I have suffered every type of abuse at the hands of CPS foster parents and case workers some were actually jailed!!( but only after multiple reports and years later at least in one case) I have been fighting for 14 months at this point to get custody of my sister's kids. we have passed all of their evaluations and done everything they have asked. although I have no doubt they are targeting tribal members it is not exclusive to just them they want to steal everybody's kids for their money mill!!! our children are under attack by the government we need to stand together and expose this corrupt system that has zero accountability. statistically it is more dangerous for a child to be placed in foster care then it is to be placed with any other family member even the one who was reported for abusing them. we need to get back to the Constitution of the United States of America.... they are supposed to "protect the sanctity of the family" but instead they are attacking it!! I am not a rich man but I will stand for the weak I will stand for my fellow man no matter his skin color religion or race!! I live in Idaho but if there is anyway I can help please let me know!!! I will do anything and everything to not only protect the children of my family but to protect the children of others as well!!
