After he fainted in season 2 Charlie acknowledged that he “doesn’t eat like normal people,” but I think putting a label on it, calling it an actual mental disorder, is a lot scarier. If they can just call it his weird “eating thing” (the language they used in the S2 finale) or “some issues” (as Charlie said in this ep), he can brush it off as an unfortunate quirk that no one else has to worry or do anything about. Excited to watch your reactions, you’re always so thoughtful and empathetic. I still remember how you clocked Charlie’s mental health struggles before most reactors did in S1!
