What should the vent temps be on max heat setting? 100 to 110f ? Or higher?

u see mine is a weird one, my truck will get to the right temp and will give some heat if the fan is set to 50-75% speed at idle and driving, if put to full speed it gets cold, this is for both idling and driving, the air gets alittle bit warmer wen driving but not much, i have replaced both the pump n thermostat, so my next option is the heater core is blocked or clogged, any ideas??
